G. Tyurin also noted that since the beginning of the year significantly increased duty land tax (from 12.9 million UAH as of January 1 to 33.4 mln on September 1 this year). Arrears of rent for land is also increasing (from 26.7 million UAH as of 1 January to 30 mln by September 1). "Local authorities and governments, in cooperation with the State Tax Service should outline the range of subjects, which for a long time do not pay rent for use of land and initiate claims for termination of contracts with the debtors," - said Mr. Tyurin.
According to him, since the beginning of the prosecutor's office filed 49 criminal cases with a loss of over 140 million USD, of which 21 deal with losses more than 127 million UAH regard to the illicit disposal of land near Kharkov. In cases involving the illegal disposal of land, arrested six people., The State reimbursed 72 million UAH seized the property of the accused to $ 54 mln and returned to the state and municipal ownership of more than 100 hectares of land.
"Against the officials of the executive and local authorities opened 15 cases, state control, primarily of the territorial bodies of State Committee - 10 cases, state forestries Ukraine - a case against leaders of the farmers and other business entities - 24 cases," - said Mr. Tyurin.
In his view, the prevalence of violations of land legislation promotes the fact that not all the land of the state and municipal property delimit, the boundaries of a number of settlements have not been established, and not place regulatory monetary valuation of lands.
As noted by G. Tyurin, 1714 settlements Kharkiv region need to change or establish boundaries, 1299.5 hectares of land is subject to delimitation. Regulatory monetary valuation carried out only in 64% of the settlements and outside settlements have been assessed only at 11% of the total area.
