In the Poltava region, the chairman of one of the funds, whose activities are connected with the support residential development in rural areas, illegally granted preferential housing loans amounting to more than 1.1 mln.

As reported by the Centre for Public Affairs Regional AMIA reporters on Thursday, loans were issued during 2007-2008, persons who actually had no entitlement to preferential loans, because they do not live in the countryside and worked in schools under the legislation , wrote Building.

According to this criminal case under Article 365 Part 1 of the Criminal Code (abuse of power or official authority). It prescribes a penalty of correctional labor for up to two years or restriction of liberty for a term not exceeding five years or imprisonment for a term of two to five years.
