The police of Kyiv region detained three members of an organized criminal group, which established the scheme selection of property from the elderly. Attackers have assigned two apartments - in from Kiev Boryspil and residents. This was reported by the press service of the police.
"Since early 2017, attackers have been looking for single pensioners, pseudo-violators were in a relationship with the old people, they were drinking unidentified substances and alcohol, and then the attackers were forced to give documents and signatures under orders for apartments," said Tsienov police chief Dmitry Tsenov.
He noted that in order for the deal not to fail, the swindlers abducted the elderly and illegally detained in the neighboring Chernihiv region.
The perpetrators were residents of the Borispol district of the Kiev region - two men aged 31 and 36 and a 50-year-old woman. They face up to 12 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
Earlier it was reported that the Kiev notary is suspected of "stealing" real estate for 2 million UAH.
