Crimean Republican Fund for support of individual housing construction in rural areas since the beginning of 2012 gave 130 concessional loans totaling almost $ 3.3 million USD in the framework of the state program "own house" in autonomy. "Of these, 115 received credit for gasification of rural estates, 12 - to buy housing, and one credit - for new construction and renovation of housing, as well as the purchase of building materials", - the press-service of the National Committee for Construction and Architecture.
According to authorities, the citizens who live in rural areas, 105 signed loan agreements with the Kirov, 13 - in Krasnogvardeisky, 9 - in Simferopol, 2 - Nijnegorsky and 1 - in the Soviet area of autonomy.
According A.Lyashevskogo, implementation of the state program "own house" in the Crimea in 2012, will be allocated about 4.1 mln of public funds, including: from the state budget - 2.8 million USD, the budget of the ARC - about 1.3 million USD.
In February this year Reskomstroy ARC reported that in 2012 the Crimean Republican Fund for support of individual housing construction in rural areas about plans to enter into loan agreements with 300 people living in rural areas of autonomy.
Formerly Director of the implementation of government programs and housing development the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services (Regional Development) Alexander Nepomnyashchii stated that the program "Own home" for villagers in Ukraine in 2012, the general planned to allocate 55 mln .
The Government of Ukraine Decree № 506 of 17 May 2012 amended the rules for granting long-term loans, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers № 1597 of 5 October 1998, in particular, has increased in two times - to 100 ths maximum amount of lending to individual developers to completion of construction, renovation and purchase of housing in rural areas, in order to build housing - also doubled to 200 thousand UAH.
According to the Government Decree № 1597 of October 5, 1998, long-term loan at 3% per annum is available for up to 20 years - individual developers, and for up to 30 years old - young or single-parent families in which the age of each spouse or parent does not exceed 35 years.
