Head of PROPERTYINTERIOR OOD Georgi Georgiev believes that the reduction of licenses issued will not affect the entire real estate market in Bulgaria. And in the larger towns, where demand from consumers is stable, the number of building permits issued almost fell.

Director of Alma-Realty Dobrinka Zahariev believes that reducing the number of building permits will lead to the quality built housing will improve in terms of infrastructure. According to him, instead of sealing of building developers will give preference to buildings which are located in good places.
