In turn, in 2008, compared with 2007, the number of sales transactions of residential property has decreased by almost 20 percent.

In general, during the year 2010 has been certified by notaries 224.9 thousand contracts of sale of apartments and houses. In 2009 this figure was around 225 thousand contracts.

It was also sold 20 villas, while the year before - 38, and in 2008 - almost 500.

For example, a 15% reduction in the number of contracts of exchange of residential real estate. In total during 2010 has been certified by notaries 4720 barter agreement. Of these, 4,335 contracts of barter to the apartment and residential buildings, 29 - Estates. For comparison, in 2009, was certified by 5505 barter agreement real estate.

By 24,5% compared with 2009 has decreased the number of certified contracts of donation, donation of residential property, the cessation of lien in exchange for the purchase of real estate rights and termination rights to child support in connection with the acquisition of title to real property, etc. etc. . In total, during 2010 it was certified as 110,844 such contracts against 145,381 in 2009.
