How to legalize «samostroy»?
According to Art. 376 of the Civil Code, a person who has carried out unauthorized construction, does not acquire ownership rights to the constructed object.
Ownership of such property may be considered by the court. But, if you did samostroy on the ground on which you have no rights and the owner (user) of the land objects to the recognition of property rights on the property, built in his possession, then the object is subject to demolition.
