The cost of apartments in the secondary market in Ukraine for 2017 grew by 4.5%. In the primary real estate market, apartments in new buildings went up by 4.7%. This was reported by the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, which prepared a report on the price change in percent in hryvnias for the year.
On the secondary market of Ukraine, most of all for 2017, rose one-room apartments. They added in price by an average of 9.7%. Two-room apartments went up by 3%, and three-room ones - by 2.2%.
The average cost of apartments in the primary real estate market in Kiev in December 2017 compared to December 2016 increased by 3.2%.
The Gosstat said that all data are given without taking into account the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol and part of the ATU zone.
Earlier it was reported that in 2017 the average cost of apartments in Kiev decreased by 4%.
