Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman proposes to update the norms for the construction of apartment buildings and urban infrastructure objects in the direction of their effectiveness and modernity - in analogy with how the norms of road construction have been updated. He expressed this idea during a meeting with young entrepreneurs - the founders of the leading Ukrainian start-ups, the Government portal reports.
During the discussion, the young entrepreneurs thanked the government for taking steps to deregulate the construction market, especially in terms of obtaining construction permits. This gave a significant impetus to the development of the market and attracting large investment funds. However, these funds are spent on the construction of obsolete apartments with norms that were issued during the times of the USSR.
As reported, at the beginning of the year Groisman suggested holding regular meetings with young entrepreneurs to discuss the current situation in the economy and find ways to solve problems. The first meeting took place in January. Then the Prime Minister drew attention to the fact that Ukraine has every opportunity to become a global brand, a place of creating an innovative product in the most demanded areas and in new markets.
In turn, entrepreneurs noted that Ukraine can become a leader in many new markets, as it has progressive assets in its assets. Examples include the use of drones, primarily in the agro-industry, the online education market, including education for government officials, reform curators. No less important are the developments in the system of mining and the use of neurotechnologies.
Earlier it was reported that the Cabinet abolished the historical and town-planning justification for developers.
