For development of hotel business and tourism in the west and east coast of the Crimea Government intends to invest in the establishment there of the necessary infrastructure and then sell on auction sites.
This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Borys Kolesnikov during a public debate entitled "Tourism - a priority sector of Ukrainian economy", says censor.
"East and west coast of the Crimea will be developed following the example of Antalya. The State will hold back the infrastructure - water, gas, electricity - and sell at auction these plots - from up to three hectares. For the business on a market basis went in and created a competitive environment. Then the very southern coast of Crimea will be much cheaper, "- said Kolesnikov.
In this case, Deputy Prime Minister agreed with the thesis that the constraints on the development of hotel business in the Crimea, is the problem of unauthorized occupation of land.
"If you're on a" cable car "drive through, you'll see that this is just some beds, which are at home. Top looking - still all right, but the ground is better not to go down "- said Kolesnikov.
However, how the authority intends to solve the problem of squatting, Deputy Prime Minister did not elaborate.
