Since the introduction of the initiative to provide land in July 2014 and as of the beginning of 2018, ATU participants submitted more than 187,000 applications to the Gosgeokadastre authorities for receiving plots. Based on the results of consideration of appeals, land surveyors provided the military with 135 thousand 30 permits for the development of land management projects for land allocation, which is 72% of the number of applications. As of January 3, 2018, servicemen have issued ownership of more than 90 thousand 378 land plots.
This was reported in the press service of the Cabinet.
The government also amended the decision on the allocation of land to the participants of the ATU. Such a decision was made at the meeting on January 17.
The decree fixes the priority of providing land to participants in an antiterrorist operation, regardless of the area of land that has been leased. The decision comes into force after its publication.
It is noted that at the moment no more than 25% of the land plots sold at open tenders for the previous reporting period can be transferred free of charge.
Earlier it was reported that the payment for land in Kiev will be increased.
