The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine authorized Dragon Capital Investments Limited to acquire stakes in the companies "Ukrainian Commercial Real Estate" (Zaporozhye) and "Phoenix-Capital" (Lviv), respectively, a business center class A ECO Tower and shopping mall Victoria Gardens. This was reported in the press service of the AMCU.
Thus, the committee authorized Dragon Capital to acquire a stake in the authorized capital of both enterprises, provides for the excess of 50% of the votes in the management bodies.
The company Phoenix-Capital (Lviv) belongs to Globcon Limited (Great Britain). The beneficiaries of the company are Suleiman Hazinedaroglu and Bashlilar Burak (Turkey). The authorized capital of the enterprise is 33.8 million UAH.
The company "Ukrainian Commercial Real Estate" is engaged in the operation and leasing of real estate. The owner of the company is ECO CEE & Real Estate Development GmbH, the final beneficiary is Conwert Immobilien UCFB (Austria). The authorized capital of the company is 25 million UAH.
