Deputy Chairman of the KSCA, Head of Housing Michael Golitsa convinced that the slowdown in the housing market caused by the difference between the dollar and the hryvnia, and the cessation of bank lending to individuals. He said this during today's round table, the correspondent of RBC-Ukraine. Golitsa stressed that the demand for housing has not decreased, but given that all construction companies perform all operations in the hryvnia, and the majority of the population have savings in dollars, it affects the solvency of the citizens. He also noted that the summer activity in the market always falls off.
According to the deputy chairman of the KSCA, deductions for social development, social and transport infrastructure clearly settled law on the capital of Ukraine and, in accordance with this document, established by the city council.
