As noted by experts in the research report, in the short-term increase in buyer activity will have no material impact on the pricing policy of sellers. Abundance makes it inappropriate to offer higher prices. Price growth during the II quarter of 2010 could make no more than 3-5% (depending on the segment) on individual objects.

"In general, the suburban real estate market before the end of 2010 is expected to price stability", - says the research report. According to Knight Frank, minor variations in average prices are possible during the seasonal increase in demand in September and October, and also because developers use various mechanisms to encourage buyers, most of which are directly related to the provision of discounts.
