The Council of Ministers of Crimea is finalizing a list of 45 land plots for sale at auction, which is scheduled to announce in August. Total land area, scheduled to be sold at auction, is 1,336 hectares.
"At the next meeting of the Council of Ministers of the list will be approved. This is a list (of land) for the settlements "- said Deputy Chairman Council of Ministers George Psarjov.
In the budget of the Crimea will be 35% of the proceeds from the sale of land, the remaining money will be transferred to the state budget.
Chairman of the National Committee of the Crimea on land resources Chabanov Alexander clarified that the total area of ??sites planned to be sold at auction, is 1,336 hectares. They are located on the southern coast of Crimea, in Armenian, Feodosia, Saki Region and in other cities and regions of the peninsula.
"Now we check to ensure these sites was a clear history of that third person then do not submit a claim," - said the shepherd.
In this case, the Crimean authorities plan to bail out the auction heavily. Thus, the plot in the village landslide (Big Yalta) is expected to sell for approximately 40 mln.
For comparison, last year in Ukraine on the basis of all land auctions were collected about 150 mln.
Earlier, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Crimea Basil Dzharty announced plans for the implementation of the Crimean land auctions to replenish the stock of budget autonomy.
The first public auction to be held in May and the whole rest of the year to replenish so budget revenues at 100-150 mln.
