The government of Ukraine believe that the majority of construction standards do not meet the requirements of the time.<br /><br />The bill, which will determine the mechanisms of the new procedures for issuing permits for construction, has a new Cabinet. He wonders: why such a bill did not develop its predecessors?<br /><br />- Most of the today state building codes and standards do not meet the requirements of the time. In order to improve the regulatory framework, which regulates construction in Ukraine, and harmonize it with respect to European standards would be considered an appropriate action plan - said Azarov.<br /><br />The Government also proposes to penalize officials for violating the order of storing the registration of cases of economic entities. According to the prime minister, the introduction of administrative liability of officials from anchoring and not allow them to specifically delay the registration process.<br /><br />According to the Ministry of regional construction, terms of issue of permits for construction after the adoption of the law will be reduced to one and a half years to two months! This will provide an influx of new investments, assured of the ministry.<br /><br />- Simplifying the permitting and the negotiation procedures - a real step towards European standards in everyday life - said the Minister of Regional Construction Vladimir Yatsuba. - It is the creation of conditions for business development in the construction industry.<br /><br />He also said that the government will allocate land categories at different prices for large, small and medium-sized cities and towns. This will take into account the financial capacity of small and medium-sized businesses in different regions.
