This was stated by First Deputy Head of Presidential Administration Iryna Akimova, during a briefing.

As the presidential press service, Akimova said that the president recently signed the law comes into force on 1 January 2012. According to her, this law is one of those that will lift the moratorium on the sale of agricultural land, says the League.

First Deputy Head of Presidential Administration stressed that the law "On Land Registry" for the first time at the legislative level defines the main aspects of the unified system of land cadastre information, which will contain statements about the lands of the Ukraine. "This is the basic information necessary for the normal functioning of land markets", - underlined Akimov.

The above-mentioned law, according to Akimova, greatly simplifies the procedure of registration of land and giving it a unique inventory number, which will not be repeated. "This will help reduce the occurrence of conflict situations in the transfer of property rights or the transfer of use of agricultural land," - she said.

According to first deputy head of presidential administration, the law provides for the automatic exchange of information between the authority, which maintains the State Land Cadastre, and the body of state registration of real estate. It is assumed that access to the general inventory of land will have a different government departments, agencies, banks, citizens, including through the Internet.
