ULI Europe Conference 2018
Related article: 2012 will be the karmicOn January 30-31, ULI Europe Conference will be held in Berlin. The conference brings together more than 500 professionals from all real estate sectors, including institutional investors, sponsors, consulting specialists, architects and mayors of cities.
The program of the first day of the conference is the Forum of Young Leaders, where they will be able to exchange experiences and discuss current problems. During the first day, the platform "Day of Soviets for Exchange of Best Practices" will also work. The second day will be devoted to geopolitical and macroeconomic issues, technical innovations and problems of global urban development.
10th CEE Retail Awards
On February 8, Warsaw will host the 10th annual CEE Retail Real Estate Awards Gala - one of the key events for the retail market in Central and Eastern Europe.
The awards ceremony will be preceded by a day of discussion panels, where speakers will discuss the latest trends in retail, legislative and tax changes, financing and investment issues.
It is expected that the solemn event will be attended by more than 450 guests. Among the nominees will be representatives of Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine, Austria, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
On March 13-16, an international real estate exhibition MIPIM, traditionally visited by representatives of local administrations, investors, architects, service providers, corporate tenants, hotel groups and hotel operators, business providers, will be held in Cannes. In 2017, the total number of exhibitors exceeded 20,000 people from 89 countries, among them. Ukraine was represented by a single stand, this year representatives of the Ukrainian real estate market will also present their investment projects in the international arena. During the event, conferences will be held for industry representatives.
Within the framework of the exhibition, the MIPIM Awards ceremony will take place - awarding the best real estate projects of the year. The prize will be awarded in 11 nominations.
SEE Real Estate Awards & Forum
April 19 in Bucharest will be the 13th annual event SEE Real Estate Awards & Forum, bringing together real estate professionals from the countries of South-Eastern Europe. Among the participants - developers, bankers, investors, lawyers and other experts in the field of commercial real estate in the region.
The event includes two parts. In the first half of the day there will be discussion panels devoted to different real estate sectors. In the evening, the awards ceremony and gala dinner will be held. In 2017, the event was attended by about 250 representatives of large companies operating in commercial real estate in South-Eastern Europe.
April 25 in Warsaw will be the annual flagship event for representatives of the New Europe Real Estate CEEQA Gala. The platform brings together professionals from 18 countries in Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe. During the event, the CEEQA Awards will be presented in 23 nominations in the field of commercial real estate. At the end of the presentation of the award, guests will receive an entertainment program.
October 8-10, Munich will host the 21st International Specialized Exhibition of Commercial Real Estate and Investments EXPO REAL. This is one of the key annual B2B real estate exhibitions, which includes about 80 symposiums, which will feature more than 400 speakers. In 2017, the exhibition was visited by more than 41 500 participants from 75 countries.
CEE Investment Awards
October 25 in Warsaw within the CEE Investment Awards will be awarded awards for investment achievements in Central and Eastern Europe. Those companies and persons whose investment transactions were the most successful over the past year will be noted. All candidates are evaluated by an independent jury, which includes professionals in commercial real estate, working in the central-eastern region.
Before the awards ceremony, a discussion panel will be held where speakers and guests will discuss the basic principles of asset management, the specifics of tendering, ways to minimize risks and maximize revenues.
November 14-16 in Cannes will be the annual International Trade Exhibition MAPIC. The site brings together more than 2,100 representatives of retail trade, 2,500 developers, 1,000 investment companies and other large representatives of the industry. The total number of participants exceeds 8,400 from 78 countries
The participants of the exhibition will be able to demonstrate their projects in the international arena, accelerate the expansion of business. About 100 conferences will be held within the framework of the event.
EE Real Estate Forum & Project Awards
November 22 in Kiev will be the Fourth Annual Forum and Prize in the field of real estate in Eastern Europe EE Real Estate Forum & Project Awards - the event for the real estate markets of Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Moldova, organized by the Ukrainian club of real estate (URE Club) with EuropaProperty.com. In 2017, the forum was attended by more than 200 companies in the industry, and almost 200 projects and companies submitted applications for participation in the award.
