Primary property in Montenegro in the third quarter of 2013 increased by 15.3% compared to the same period in 2012. Average price of new housing in the country reached € 1,260 per sq.m. At the same time the highest price are new apartments in Budva - € 2,400 per sq.m. It is reported Monstat.
In the third quarter of 2013, the number of sold apartments in Montenegro over the same period last year increased by 23.5% , but the number of transactions was 52.2 % less than in the second quarter . Total for the third quarter in the primary market of Montenegro sold 184 apartments, of which 118 objects implemented in Podgorica. Average price of new housing in the capital is € 1,190 per sq.m.
In the Bar in the third quarter in 2013 sold 23 apartments average price of € 930 per sq ft , in Budva signed two deals with an average price of € 2,400 per sq.m. Housing in new Niksic worth on average € 590 per sq.m. They are in the third quarter sold six apartments. In other cities of Montenegro 35 apartments were sold at an average price of € 730 per sq.m.
