This is one of the major trends in 2013 on the Ukrainian real estate market, said Dmitry Vasiliev, chief architect of the project group "Archimatika." According to experts, from 2009 to 2012 such objects were few and mostly offered their company " old-timers " of the market or developers , leading to large objects . Today apartments in buildings under construction at zero and at the stage of " pit " put up for sale as the market leaders , and little-known developers.
" The resumption of the pre-crisis " tradition " to sell apartments in homes where only the construction , says that the crisis of confidence in the market is gradually losing its relevance . This talk about a significant reduction of risks in construction sites - is premature. Novice developers have a high risk of delaying deadlines object , as some of them pass this way the first time , "- says the architect .
It also recommends that buyers still refrain from buying virtual square meters in the "young" companies to avoid becoming a victim of fraud or inexperienced novice developers.
" To assess the risks of investing in the new building , you should first check the availability of all necessary permits .
