According to the director Victor Kovalenko, currently based company has 253 new buildings (built, constructed and projected).

Construction is carried out in 11 areas of autonomy: Bakhchisarai, Saki, Simferopol, Sudak, Feodosia, the Black Sea, Yalta and Alushta city council, Evpatoria, Kerch, Sevastopol.

By the number of newly championship at Yalta city council (86 buildings), second place in Sevastopol (70 buildings), third place in Alushta city council (25 buildings).

Average cost of 1 sq ft in new Crimea, according to the company "RealEkspo, as of May 20, 1687, amounts to 21,011 dollars, which is higher than the average cost to Ukraine at 38.16%.

In comparison with the beginning of the year, the cost of 1 sq ft in new Crimea fell by 7,6%.

The most expensive "square" in new Yalta is the Crimean and towns adjacent -2422 $ per sq ft, in second place in Alushta surrounding territories -1900 U.S. $ / sq.m.

The lowest price recorded in the village. Black Sea Black Sea region -700 U.S. $ / sq.m.

Experts say more investment attractiveness of the peninsula. Lilia Safronova, Manager of Marketing Group of Companies "Artex" (FA "Laguna") said that the ARC itself has always been interesting for both residence and systematic relaxation, and in our days - and for investing in real estate. To date, the panic on world financial crisis relatively calm, active interest in investing in the Crimean estate has increased significantly.

In some cases, new buildings of the Crimea are sold much cheaper than the apartments on the secondary market.

New Crimea are mainly in areas with developed infrastructure, however, the noise of street cars are not interrupted by the sounds of the sea. Another factor why the majority of buyers prefer new construction of the Crimea is a high quality modern building materials. As a result, the life of new facilities is much higher than have previously erected houses. It is also important that when buying an apartment in a newly built house eliminates the possibility of any claims of former owners.

The biggest demand is for new buildings in the Crimean resort towns: new Yalta, Gurzuf, Alushta, because people prefer to buy houses in the same place and have rest. They often have panoramic windows, so the walls, which overlook the sea, are composed entirely of glass. Thus, we achieve the highest survey and the best view of the sea and mountains. New Crimea often have a plan that absolutely all apartments facing the sea. This is especially true for Gurzuf beach, surrounded on all sides by mountains ring.
