
NAI Ukraine annual report with results of 2018 in residential real estate is presented at the press breakfast.
The latest research results from NAI Ukraine suggest new trends, dynamic development and stabilization in this market segment. According to preliminary data from NAI Ukraine, the demand for residential real estate in Ukraine in 2018 increased by 13% compared with the previous year. The number of apartments offered by developers, at the end of 2018, amounted to 8.7% of the total number of proposed housing.
Among the districts of the Kiev region in terms of the volume of housing commissioned, the Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky district is leading with an indicator of 42% of the total. According to analysts in 2018, the volume of housing commissioning turned out to be more than the level of 2008, but demonstrated a sharp drop compared to 2017, by almost 1, 500 thousand sq. M. It was offered mainly comfort-class real estate, as well as economy-class and business-class real estate.
