According to preliminary data from NAI Ukraine, the demand for residential real estate in Ukraine in 2018 increased by 13% compared with the previous year. The number of apartments offered by developers, at the end of 2018, amounted to 8.7% of the total number of proposed housing.
Among the districts of the Kiev region in terms of the volume of housing commissioned, the Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky district is leading with an indicator of 42% of the total. According to analysts in 2018, the volume of housing commissioning turned out to be more than the level of 2008, but demonstrated a sharp drop compared to 2017, by almost 1, 500 thousand sq. M. It was offered mainly comfort-class real estate, as well as economy-class and business-class real estate.
