Moscow Region on the results of October has become a leader among the largest housing markets in Russia on the growth of prices in the secondary residential property described in the materials of the Russian Guild of Realtors (RGR).
The report RGR clarifies that the secondary housing in Moscow last month, has risen in price by 2% - to 70.557 thousand rubles per square meter.
In second place is Moscow, where prices in October rose by 1.1% - up to 167.753 thousand rubles per square meter.
The third position to increase the value of residential real estate is Smolensk, where prices jumped in October to 0.8% - to 35.408 thousand rubles per square meter.
In turn, most of the price of secondary housing among the Russian regions have fallen in Ivanovo - by 0,4% to 30.66 rubles per square meter, as well as in Izhevsk and St. Petersburg - on 0,3% to 34.52 thousand rubles per square meter and 77.242 thousand rubles per square meter, respectively.
