-The market is beginning to emerge from the crisis. Evidence of this is increasing the number of new projects and ready-towns. In particular, in 2010 the market of Ukraine came out 28 new projects, including 14 - in the Kiev region, indicating a resumption of cottage property. Country Construction was the much-thought-out conceptual and less costly for investment, as it takes a small area from 0,5 to 2,5 m and with a small number of cottages - from 10 to 30.

In the regions began to adopt the experience of the capital developers to reformat and reconception towns, selling only plots without a contract.

According to my predictions in the regions continue to decline in value, but negligible rates: 5-15% by year end.

If we talk about specific figures, I note that in Ukraine today, 569 towns, an increase compared to the beginning of the year amounted to 30 towns (in the beginning, there were 539 towns). Among the total 175 (30.52%) of the town was built and put into operation, 231 (40.87%) villages under construction and 163 (28.59%) of the town are under a "project".
