Prices in the secondary housing market continue to decline of Kiev Active secondary market for residential real estate in Kiev in February remain at the level of January. Until the spring of change in the current proposal is not expected. The demand will focus on the apartment of economy and business class at an attractive price. Offer prices in the economy class will continue to gradually decline. In other segments, the prices will be stable, while the owners are more willing to make concessions on price. This forecast was voiced by experts of real estate agency (EA) Real Druzi.

According to realtors, the first month of 2011 confirmed the downward trend in the stated price that was established last year. In January, the average announced price of 1 square. m on the secondary market of Kiev has decreased on 1,11% to $ 2146. In this case, the alleged price Darnytskyi, Desnyanskiy, Solomenskiy and Svyatoshynskyi areas remained stable.
