" Earlier in the Ukrainian real estate market worked almost 10 thousand appraisers. Today, less than 500 certified professionals . The figures speak for themselves , "- said the expert.

According to the head of the State Property Fund of Alexander Ryabchenko , a small number of certified professionals will not affect the timing of assessment of the property, but will be able to exclude the influence of the cost of so-called "human factor" . According Riabchenko property assessment process and documentation may inhibit bureaucratic delays .

Earlier it was reported that because of the new rules for the registration of real estate developers have reduced the number of transactions .
