Real Estate Market Analysis | For six months the land near Kiev declined by 6.49% As reported by the consulting company SV Development for the period from 06 January to 5 July 2012 the value of land for cottage development in Kyiv Oblast (14 districts) fell within 6.49% ($ 215) to 3099 dollars per one hundred square meters. In the region remained the cheapest Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky district, with an average of $ 994/sotka, the most expensive Kiev Svyatoshinsky district where the average sale price was $ 4 614/sotka.
