Construction of cottage townships conducted in 10 districts of Kiev region and in Kyiv.
Leader in the number of cottage townships is Kiev Svyatoshinsky district with 68 campuses, followed by -60 Obukhov district towns and in third place -44 Makarov district town.

As a consequence, the dynamics of sales in small towns with poorly thought-out concept and price, which does not reflect the true quality, greatly diminished, and in some towns have stopped selling altogether.
