Real Estate Market Analysis | During the month the price of land in regions of Ukraine decreased by 0,11-0,82% According to the company SV Development, for the period from 1 January 2010 to 1 January 2011 the average cost of land for cottage development on the largest cities of Ukraine and their suburbs grew and declined within -1,83-3,61% ($ 6 - 199) per one hundred square meters.


Odessa Region:

During the period from 1 January 2010 to January 1, 2011 value of land for cottage development (*) in the Odessa region (5 regions) fell within 0.77% ($ 49) to $ 6,354 dollars for one hundred square meters.

Rating the value of land in districts of Odessa region (**):

1.Ilichevsk (city council) - the growth of 0,10% ($ 9) to $ 8 274/sotka
2.Ovidiopolsky district - 1.80% decrease (to $ 148) to $ 8 109/sotka
3.Kominternovsky area - the growth of 0,42% ($ 25) to $ 6 130/sotka
4.Belgorod-Dniester region - growth of 3.61% (at $ 199) to $ 5 706/sotka
5.Belyaevsky area - the growth of 0,51% ($ 14) to $ 2 848/sotka

Dnipropetrovsk region:


During the period from 1 January 2010 to January 1, 2011 value of land for cottage development in the Dnepropetrovsk region (4 districts) rose within 0.75% ($ 19) to $ 2,579 dollars for one hundred square meters.

Rating the value of land by region Dnipropetrovsk region:

1.Sinelnikovsky district - 1.31% decrease ($ 37) to $ 2 784/sotka
2.Dnepropetrovsky area - the growth of 0,78% (to $ 21) to $ 2 741/sotka
3.Novomoskovsky area growth - 2.22% ($ 27) to $ 1 230/sotka
4.Krynichansky area - the growth of 1,61% ($ 16) to $ 1 041/sotka

Lviv region:

During the period from 1 January 2010 to January 1, 2011 value of land for cottage development in the Lviv region (5 regions) grew within 0.84% ($ 21) to 2,490 dollars per hundred square meters.

Rating the value of land in districts of Lviv region:

1.Pustomitovsky area growth - 0.77% (at $ 22) to $ 2 929/sotka
2.Gorodotsky area - the growth of 0,31% ($ 6) to $ 1 815/sotka
3.Yavorovsky area growth - 2.54% (at $ 47) to $ 1 886/sotka
4.Zhovkovsky district - 1.83% decrease ($ 25) to $ 1 323/sotka
5.Kamenka Buzhsky-area growth - 3.63% (at $ 36) to $ 1 031/sotka

Kharkiv Region:

During the period from 1 January 2010 to January 1, 2011 value of land for cottage development in the Kharkov region (3 districts) rose within 2.12% ($ 38) to $ 1,846 dollars for one hundred square meters.

Rating the value of land in districts of Kharkiv region:

1.Harkovsky area growth - 2.07% (at $ 39) to $ 1 918/sotka
2.Dergachevsky area growth - 2.40% (at $ 43) to $ 1 817/sotka
3.Chuguevsky area - the growth of 1,05% ($ 11) to $ 1 050/sotka
