According to the company SV Development, for the period from 1 January 2010 to 1 January 2011 the average cost of individual houses (cottages) in the Kiev region grew by 2.05% ($ 19) and is $ 953 USD per sq.m. at an average selling price of an average household 158,300 dollars.
In the Ukrainian capital, the cost of individual houses for the period increased by 3.18% ($ 39), and amounts to 1,271 dollars per sq. m. - 205 150 dollars per household.
