Lately it has become noticeably increase the traffic on the real estate market of the settlements located in proximity to large industrial centers of Ukraine (such as, for example, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk). This is because the Ukrainians do not have the possibility to buy apartments in these centers and not due to the fact that in regions reappeared finances.
The population of the vast city that has a monetary need. As a result, residents sell their homes and move to nearby towns. It`s cheaper and the people thus remain in proximity to industrial centers. There are several factors that may affect the price of apartments in satellite towns, this is a good transport interchange, price per square meter, the presence and level of infrastructure.
Even taking into account all the above factors, the cost of housing in the satellite towns will still be considerably cheaper than in the industrial heartland.
