The rise in prices affected all segments of primary residence : Economy Class - a decline of 0.2 % ( 9943 Rs . / Sq.m) ; business class - a decline of 1.6% ( 15 160 UAH . / Sq.m) ; premium class - an increase of 3% ( 22 112 UAH . / sq.m .)
From January to December 2013 the number of new buildings in the primary market of Kiev has increased by 8.4 % and amounted to 142 facilities . Since the beginning of the year the share of economy- class remained unchanged at 59%. The share of new business class has decreased by 1% and accounted for 27 % premium decreased by 1% and accounted for 14 % of total homes.
