The Cabinet resumed licensing in the construction

The Cabinet of Ministers renewed the decree "On licensing of economic activity associated with the creation of objects of architecture» № 1396 of December 5, 2007 and extended it until March 19, 2012, corresponding changes are fixed decree № 43 from January 18, 2012 In addition, changes in government procedure for licensing of economic activities associated with the creation of architectural objects, freed from the builder to provide the licensing authority of the conclusions of the examination of institutions.

Under the amendments, the act of failure to establish the fact in a timely notification of a change of data referred to in the documents that were attached to the license application, now is not the cause for revocation.

The government also lifted restrictions on the time to contact the developer for a new license for the building in case of cancellation of the previous license in his own statement.

Cabinet has the same resolution amended the procedure for adoption of the commissioning of completed construction projects approved by the Government April 13, 2011 under number 461, according to which the corrected form and content of the Declaration of readiness for operation of the object, in particular, introduced the item for authorization builder the processing of personal data.
