New business class in Kiev rose in price

Premium-class
Analyzed 17 buildings (223 apartments, ranging from 36 to 275 sq ft) located in the 2nd and 3rd zones. Compared to November, average price per square meter apartment in new premium decreased by 0.2% (by UAH 39.) And was 20 743 UAH / sq. m (or 2596 U.S. dollars for 1 sq. m):
one-bedroom apartments - a decline of 0.7% (at 149 USD.) up to 20 944 USD.
two-bedroom apartments - a decline of 0.1% (12 UAH). to 21 036 USD.
